I'm Chaz.

I'm the founder and CEO of Smashed Ladder Apparel. I'm an autistic and disabled person who's had to fight hard to get back up every time life knocked me down.

I've survived two suicide attempts. I know what it's like to need a helping hand — and that's exactly why I want to give back.

I want to help people in a sustainable way — and since everyone needs clothing, I hope this business is how I can do it.

What this means to me

A job I can manage from anywhere. Financial security. Pride and purpose. Selling apparel while gifting 50% of profits to a fund that helps people is a dream worth fighting for.

Why give up 50% of profits?

Because a 50/50 split just feels right to me. I don't want to become wealthy and then help people — I want to help people while I achieve financial security. We rise together.
